Shipping Policy

1. General Information
At Allure de Paris, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare case that an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

2. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship across the United States and internationally. Below is a breakdown of our shipping options and estimated delivery times:

Domestic (United States):
  - Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  - Express Shipping: 5-12 business days

International:
  - Canada: 7-12 business days
  - Europe: 10-15 business days
  - Rest of the World: 12-18 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

3. Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
  - $2.95 Standard Shipping on all orders
  - Express Shipping: $5.95

International Shipping:
  - Canada: $2.95 Standard Shipping on all orders
  - Europe: $2.95 Standard Shipping on all orders
  - Rest of the World: Free Standard Shipping on all orders

Allure de Paris reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on special promotions or specific circumstances.

4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional time during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment. Please make sure to double check your email entered was correct/spam folder before calling/emailing.

6. Address & Shipping Information Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

7. HOLIDAY POLICY

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, place your order no later than December 10. Orders placed after this date may/will not arrive before December 25 due to increased holiday shipping demands.

Please Note:

  • Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We cannot & do NOT guarantee delivery dates for orders placed after December 10.
  • We will not provide refunds, compensate for delays, or cover the cost of returns for items that arrive after Christmas if the order was placed after December 10.

Allure de Paris is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
